Serves 3-4
Cube the new potatoes, chop the onions roughly, crush and chop the garlic cloves, and grate the ginger.
Put your meat and all the other ingredients in the slow cooker. Add two pinches of salt. Mix until thoroughly combined.
Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Taste test and add more salt if needed.
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander if desired. Serve with rice and/or naan, or even by itself as a stew.
