Ok, l am being vague here. It looks absolutely amazing so that's 3☆. However, it is still in my freezer so l will come back when we've tried it. We're in no doubt about it's qquality. Pre-emptive 5☆.

I make venison and port gravy pies for my husband. He say's the venison is sublime. He also loves the steaks.

I used to buy my sausages from a local butchers but he changed his recipe (think he reduced the fat content and hence reduced the flavour) These sausages are perfect and I will be buying again.
