Serves 4
Mix all of the meatballs ingredients above. Form into small meatballs.
Add a dash of oil to a heavy bottomed pan. Bring to a medium high heat then brown the meatballs on all sides. Remove meatballs from the pan.
Add onions and tomatoes to the pan, cook for several minutes until the onions soften.
Add the meatballs back into the sauce, add all the remaining seasoning. Cover and simmer for a further thirty minutes.
When the meatballs are cooked through serve them poured over fragrant couscous.
